Eco Choice Processing plant

Mango Magic Dehydrations' main function is the dehydration of mangoes.  This takes place annually during the mango season from January to March/April.


The dehydration is done in tunnels with hot air which is generated by Hot Water Boilers. The boilers can be run using macadamia nut shells. Exclusion of electrical heater elements decreases our eco-footprint exponentially which is what Eco Choice is all about. The dried mango is then graded into different grades.


The factory also extracts a pulp from fresh guavas which is frozen and then used to manufacture the guava products. Mango Magic Dehydration also manufactures products - on a monthly contract basis - to large clients throughout the year such as mango and guava rolls…


The factory has Food Safety Accreditation – SA Gap through PPECB and are also Kosher Certified.All our products are tested by SABS for nutritional values, which are stated on our packaging.
